The CAPSS Career Pathways Initiative would not be possible without our partners. We are bringing together school leaders, state agencies, employers, and workforce partners to make the path from high school to college, credentials, and careers clearer and more coordinated. This work is focused on supporting high-demand fields like manufacturing, health care, technology, green energy, and public service, in alignment with the state’s broader workforce and economic goals.
